Circle (Krug) "Круг"

Good news probably doesn't sell well. And maybe the function of a good blog is to report the happenings that people don't wanna pay money for. The beneath-the-radar story of the organization of children and adults, Krug (Circle), probably applies here. Yesterday was Circle's 16th anniversary. They held their birthday party at their "office", School #548, not far from Domodedovskaya metro station, way in the south of Moscow.

Circle was started by Elena Silaeva, one of the sharpest and most light-filled people I have ever met. The inspiration for starting Circle was that she had 3 sons, the Soviet Union was collapsing and she wanted her sons to grew up to be normal in a rapidly changing society.

Superficially, there is nothing special about Circle: singing, music, hiking trips for children and parents. But, Elena, inspired by the works of Russian and foreign thinkers like Vygotsky, Tolstoy, Fromm, Neil, Ivanov, and others who I have never heard of, has created a pretty amazing organization. The activities are merely part of the process in facilitating the holistic development of parents and children who are part of the Circle. Ultimately, the goal of Circle might be described as making genuine contact with ourselves and each other on the journey to Wholeness.

I wish I lived closer so that I could participate in their activities.

They are indeed developing the future leaders of Russia through their organization, by itself a very flexible entity. Indeed, it may be a Conscious Open Space Organization, even though they may not use those words to describe it that way.

I have not had the honor yet of participating in any of their camping trips. Any time I go to one of their events, I leave moved. I just want to take a deep bow and say thank you for the honor of spending some time with you.

Хорошие новости может быть не продашь. И может быть сверхзадача хорошего блог- освещать то хорошее, которое происходит за которое люди не готовы платить деньги. В таком случае, может быть есть резон и рассказать об органзиации "Круг". Вчера, "Кругу" "стукнуло" 16 лет. Они провели свой день рождение в своем "офисе", в школе 548, недалеко от м. Домодедовская, в южном конце Москвы.

"Круг" был создан Еленой Силаевой, одна из самых умных и наполненных светом людей, с которым я знаком. Вдохновление для создание "Круга" было, что у нее 3 сына, распадался Советский Союз, и она хотела, чтобы ее дети выросли нормальными в обществе, которое очень быстро менялось.

На первый взгляд, ничего такого в "Круге" не увидишь. Ну подумаешь, пения, музыка, походы для детей и взрослых. Но, работы российских и зарубежных мыслителей, такие как Выгоцкий, Толстой, Фромм, Нил, Иванов, и другие, вдохновили Елену создавать довольно поразительную организацию. Все виды дейстельности организации всего лишь являются процессом, процесс который направлен на целостное развитие родителей и детей "Круга". По сути, цель "Круга" следующее- чтобы мы вошли в подленный контакт с собой и с другими на пути к Целостности.

Мне жаль, что не живу ближе, что позволило бы мне участвовать в их мероприятиях.

Они, на мой взгляд, готовят будущих лидеров России, с помощью своей организации, которая является, я думаю, Организацией осознанного открытого пространства (даже если они ее так не назовут.)

Пока мне не посчастливилось пойти с ними в поход. Но, каждый раз когда у них бываю, я очень тронут. Просто хочется делать глубокий поклон и сказать "спасибо", что у меня была честь с вами провести время.
