A woman recently in working with me had a vision of me and swans. According to Animal Speak: The Spiritual and Magical Powers of Creatures Great & Small:

The swan in one of the most powerful and ancient of totems...The swan is usually pure white...This makes is a solar symbol...The neck of the swan is...one of [its] most distinguishing features... [It] is a bridge area between the head (higher realms) and the body (lower worlds). In the swan totem, as you begin to realize your own true beauty, you unfold the ability to bridge to new realms and new powers. This ability to awaken to the inner beauty and bridge it to the outer world is part of what swan medicine can teach. It can show you how to see the inner beauty within yourself or in others, regardless of outer appearances. When we are capable of this, we become a magnet to others. This is reflected in the familiar story by Hans Christian Anderssen, "The Ugly Duckling."...They reflect the power and longevity that is possible as we awaken to the beauty and power within ourselves.

Недавно, женщина, которая со мной работала видела лебедей. В книге «Язык животных: духовная и волшебные силы маленьких и больших живых существ» пишут:

Лебедь один из самих мощных и древных тотемов. Она чисто белого цвета…что означает что она является символом солнца. Шея у нее одна из выделяющихся черт…[это] мост между головой (высшие миры) и телом (нижние миры). В лебединном тотеме начинаешь осознавать свою настоящую красоту, раскыраваешь способность получить доступ к новым мирам и силам. Лебединное лекарство (сила) – способность разбудить внутренную красоту и свести это с внешним миром. Оно может учить видеть внутренную силу в себе и в других независимо от того, как человек себя внешне проявляет. Когда мы обретаем это качество, мы становимся словно магнитом для других.
